Generally, the case should be closed within ninety days from the date of filing the counter-affidavit or if there is a statement of the defendant, and if the counter-affidavit is not filed or there is no statement of the defendant, including the date of payment. However, according to Rule 14, the case shall not be decided if the time limit for submission of evidence by others or the expiry of the deadline according to Rule 18 has expired.
